Nurrishelite Diversities LLP (Brand Name: Vinessence), is a young entity that specializes in producing nutritious millet and fruit-based products. Our primary focus is to meet the increasing demand for healthy and nutritious food products in the market. Dr. Archana Muthanna, a mother and food technologist from CSIR-CFTRI, has formulated healthy foods to meet the nutritional needs for her child and is on a mission to share her knowledge with the world.  Dr Archana, is the founder of Nurrishelite Diversities LLP, an entity which focuses on promoting healthy and nutritious foods.

Nurrishelite Diversities LLP has been recognized as a food start-up entity by the Department For Promotion Of Industry And Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. We are also an incubatee at Nutrihub, which is a Technology Business Incubation Startups Confederation, initiated by the Indian Institute of Millet Research, Hyderabad.

Nurrishelite is the only manufacturer of Millet Noodles , Millet Pasta and Millet vermicelli products in Coorg and is exporting these products to Canada.
